When Women’s Day messages all start to sound the same, the real challenge for ACB was to move beyond symbolic wishes and become a brand that understands women, respects their choices, and stands with them.

And turned “Chọn Vai – Tròn Vai” into a message that truly speaks to women today.

Strategic narrative reframing + Affirmative Brand positioning and stance + Message anchoring

  • We shifted the conversation: financial security is what empowers women to choose their own roles with confidence.
  • We positioned ACB as a powerful, trusted financial partner - a brand that supports choices, enables decisions, and never judges.
  • We anchored the entire campaign around the idea that: “Chọn vai” hay “Tròn vai” that is all your choice.


The line created space for every woman to define her own path - while subtly reinforcing that ACB is the partner that helps make those choices possible.
